Operation Christmas Child

November 18th – November 25th, 2019: National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child, a Ministry of Samaritan’s Purse.
SCF will be a drop off location again this year. These are the dates and times that are available to drop off shoe boxes.

PACKING PARTY — Join us in packing shoe boxes for children around the world. Each time is open to the public. Bring your own empty shoe box to fill or use one of ours. Filler items are provided or you can bring items to pack in the boxes. Snacks will be provided. 
If you would like to help pay to ship a box that you pack, the shipping is $9/box.
If you would like to bring items to pack in boxes please use the list below as to what is allowed and what is not allowed. 
Items include: 

Toys– toy cars, yo-yos, jump ropes, balls, toys that light up and make noise (included extra batteries), stuffed animals

School Supplies – pens, pencils, sharpeners, notebooks, paper, solar calculators, coloring and picture books

(Non-liquid) Hygiene Items – toothbrushes, bar soap, wash cloths, combs, fingernail clippers 

Accessories – T-shirts, socks, hats, sunglasses, hair clips, jewelry, watches, flashlights (include extra batteries), flip flops, chapstick
A “Wow” Item – a medium to large item that will capture the child’s attention the instant he or she opens the box (ex: a soccer ball w/pump, stuffed animal, legos, trucks, baby doll, barbie, musical instrument, clothes, shoes)
Do NOT Include: Candy; toothpaste; used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns, knives, or military figures; chocolate or food; fruit rolls or other fruit snacks; drink mixes (powdered or liquid); liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snow globes or glass containers; aerosol cans
